Technician - Nationwide Travel (Low Voltage Projects)

$28-$38/hr DOE + Daily Per Diem + 100% Paid Travel

What You'll Do

As a Traveling Technician, you'll support low-voltage installation and infrastructure work across multiple U.S. sites. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Using basic hand tools and power tools to support cabling installation

  • Working on ladders, lifts, and in physically active environments

  • Assisting with installation of Cat6/Cat6A cabling, fiber, pathways, and hardware

  • Supporting layout, routing, labeling, and documentation

  • Reading or learning to read basic construction drawings and cable routing diagrams

  • Traveling 90-100% of the time to project sites nationwide (all travel costs covered)

  • Maintaining professionalism, safety, and communication while working with onsite teams

Requirements

  • Experience using basic hand tools and power tools (drills, snips, tape measures, etc.)

  • Strong interest in the low-voltage trade and willingness to learn

  • Ability to work on ladders, lifts, and in physically active environments

  • Ability to travel 90-100%

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

  • Real ID or Passport (required for travel)

Preferred (Not Required) Qualifications

  • Exposure to low voltage, structured cabling, telecom, or electrical work

  • Familiarity with Cat6/Cat6A cabling, fiber optics, or patching

  • Experience reading basic construction drawings or cable routing diagrams

  • Prior work in data centers, warehouses, construction, or technical environments

Training is provided - if you bring the work ethic, they'll teach you the trade.

Pay and Benefits
