• Quality Engineering & Automation
• 8 12 years of experience in Quality Engineering
• Proven hands-on leadership of Agile QE teams

Strong experience with:

• Selenium
• Java
• REST API testing
• Experience with automation + AI-driven quality insights

Tools & Platforms: Cloud-based test execution platforms such as:

• LambdaTest
• Selenium Grid
• Sauce Labs (or equivalent).

Defect tracking and test management tools:

• JIRA
• qTest
• Exposure to GitLab and CI/CD tools
• Integration & Data Testing
• Strong experience in integration testing across multiple systems
• Expertise in data validation and reconciliation testing
• Ability to validate complex data flows and downstream system impacts
• Domain Knowledge (Mandatory)
• Telecom domain experience
• Strong domain knowledge in Commissions and Compensation, including:
• Compensation restructuring
• Compensation transformation
• Experience across corporate, finance, and accounting workflows from sprint execution to production rollout

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced Agile environments
