  • Track asset ownership, status, condition, and serviceability to improve operational visibility and support planning decisions.
  • Help coordinate physical audits, cycle counts, reconciliations, and documentation reviews to maintain strong asset governance and audit readiness.
  • Support asset-related reporting, including inventory accuracy, aging, disposition status, replacement visibility, and record completeness.
  • Identify record discrepancies, control gaps, or process inefficiencies and help drive corrective actions and process improvements.
  • Support compliance and documentation requirements related to asset handling, transfers, chain of custody, and disposal where applicable.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure asset records support maintenance planning, operational readiness, financial accountability, and site support functions.
  • Maintain organized documentation and reporting related to asset movement, inventory controls, audits, and lifecycle events., This is an on-site role supporting a mission-critical data center environment where regular attendance, responsiveness, and execution discipline are essential. To perform these duties, you must be able to frequently walk, stand, bend, lift, carry, push/pull objects, and move throughout an operational campus environment. You may be required to assist with asset verification, inventory checks, tagging, storage coordination, and movement of materials or equipment.
