The Lead AI & Machine Learning Engineer will drive the end-to-end development and scaling of AI/ML systems, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready solutions, advance MLOps capabilities, and bring innovative, AI-powered products from concept to launch. optimization of tools, frameworks, and models Build and scale MLOps, LLMOps, and AIOps capabilities Drive AI-powered product features from concept to launch Review and improve models and code to maintain quality and performance Design scalable real-time and batch inference solutions Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in ML engineering, generative AI, and data science Proven track record delivering ML solutions across the full lifecycle (POC to production) Strong Python and SQL skills; experience with R or PySpark a plus Familiarity with additional languages (e.g., C#, Rust) Experience with cloud platforms and distributed computing environments Expertise in migrating on-prem systems to cloud-native architectures Experience with CI/CD, version control, and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform) Strong understanding of APIs, cloud services, and scalable system design Solid software engineering fundamentals (testing, debugging, code quality) If you meet the qualifications for this role, please apply now!
