Management, Desktop Support Asset Management Help Desk Support Inventory Staging Business Valuation Microsoft Windows 10 IT Service Management Inventory Forecasting Full Stack Development Azure Active Directory Artificial Intelligence Business Transformation Critical Illness Insurance Troubleshooting (Problem Solving), We are looking for a Desktop Support individual with increasing workload. They want this individual to manage and maintain all level 1 tasks including asset management, imaging, hardware support etc. so their internal resource can focus on level 2 and 3 support
Responsibilities on a Day to Day:

Imaging computers
-
Staging equipment
-
Working in ITSM tool
-
Adding users into Azure AD
-
Taking users out of Azure AD
-
Basic troubleshooting on end users equipment
This person will also need to be able to Asset Management:

Inventory assessment and forecasting
-
Inventory tracking
-
Retrieval of equipment from departed employees
-
Recycling
-
Entering assets into our ITSM asset inventory

Mobile phone management and configuration; Apple Business Manager
