You'll
help foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement while leading complex initiatives from strategy through execution., * Supportthe Data Quality Program:You'llsupport the deliveryofBECU's enterprise Data Quality Program by implementing scalable frameworks, advancing governance maturity, and driving continuous improvement across the organizationas part of prioritized data initiatives.
- Drive Strategic Initiatives:You'lllead large-scale, cross-functional data governance initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring measurable business impact and operational excellence.
- Lead and Develop High-Performing Teams:You'llmanage and mentor a team of approximately 20 employees, creating a culture rooted in accountability, ownership, collaboration, andhigh standards.
- Provide Strategic Direction:You'lltranslate business priorities into clear teamobjectives,establishmeasurable goals, and empower teams to deliver meaningful outcomes.
- Coach and Influence:You'llprovide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and development opportunities while fostering strong partnerships across stakeholder groups.
- Improve Enterprise Data Integrity:You'llidentifyopportunities to strengthen data qualityand governanceprocesses, resolve root-cause issues, and implement scalable governance solutions.
- Drive Metrics and Reporting:You'llestablishand communicate meaningful KPIs, analytics, and governance reporting thatdemonstrateprogress, effectiveness, and business value.
- Partner Acrossthe Enterprise:You'llcollaborate closely with product managers, analytics teams, technology partners,project leadership,and business stakeholders tooptimizedata quality and governance outcomes.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or information systems, or equivalent work or education-related experiencerequired
- Minimum 7 years of experience analyzing data quality issues and delivering enterprise data managementand governancesolutions, includingexpertisein data manipulation, data cleansing, data analysis,data anomaly detection, data governance processes,and compliancemanagementrequired
Benefits & conditions
The Target Pay Range for this position is $173,500.00-$211,900.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $135,100.00 - $250,600.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.
