Job description
- Deliver analysis, configuration, and support activities with a focus on HR systems and processes.
- Translate business needs into actionable requirements, user stories, system configurations (workflows, rules, security roles, data models, validations) and drive solution options in partnership with Product Lead and technical teams.
- Take ownership of testing, documentation, and Tier II application support with minimal day-to-day direction.
- Serve as the SME for HR operational processes (such as recruiting, onboarding, performance, compensation, and core HR).
- Partner with business stakeholders, power users, and vendor teams to identify system improvements (efficiency, quality, compliance, collaboration).
- Perform fit-gap analysis and propose solution options.
- Plan and execute configuration changes, unit testing, and support integration and user acceptance testing.
- Support data migration, data validation, and reporting changes related to new implementations and enhancements.
- Work through / manage backlog of new features and implementing changes.
- Utilize understanding of HR data structures and reporting needs to ensure HRIS configurations align with people practices and compliance requirements.
- Partner closely with HR, Talent, and Payroll stakeholders to consider new and better ways to apply HR technology and HCM platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) to drive improved collaboration, data quality, and user experience for employees and managers.
Requirements
Do you have experience in User acceptance testing?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 1-3 years of experience in HR Information Systems (HRIS) analysis and delivery, particularly with an emphasis on system configuration and technical solutions.
- SAP SuccessFactors HCM (Human Capital Management) suite is a huge plus.
- Experience working with one or more Human Capital Management (HCM) software with varied HR, payroll, and analytics capabilities (i.e. SAP SuccessFactors, ADP Workforce Now, UKG Pro, Workday HCM or a related software platform)
- Experience writing requirements, creating / writing user stories and designing workable configuration changes end to end.
- Experience monitoring usage and incident trends and turning them into actionable insights.
- Experience managing multiple priorities, deliverables and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field.
