Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to join the Core Infrastructure organization. This role will focus on driving large-scale infrastructure platform initiatives across stream processing (PubSub), storage systems, and operational excellence programs. The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of Technical Program Management, Product Management, infrastructure platform expertise, and cross-functional leadership. This individual must be comfortable operating in highly matrixed environments, influencing without direct authority, and driving execution across engineering and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large-scale cross-functional infrastructure programs from initiation through execution and delivery

  • Provide clarity around program objectives, ownership, deliverables, and dependencies across teams

  • Partner with engineering, product, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and roadmap alignment

  • Drive infrastructure platform initiatives related to:

  • Stream processing / PubSub systems

  • Storage platforms

  • Operational excellence initiatives

  • Facilitate strategic planning, roadmap development, and execution management

  • Establish scalable program governance, processes, and operational frameworks

  • Apply formal change management methodologies to manage scope, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment

  • Anticipate program risks/issues and proactively drive mitigation strategies

  • Communicate complex technical concepts and program updates effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Define KPIs, metrics, and reporting mechanisms to support infrastructure scaling and optimization initiatives

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile development environments to ensure successful product/platform delivery

  • Influence decision-making across senior leadership and engineering teams

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management and Product Management

  • Strong experience supporting Infrastructure Product/Platform Development teams

  • Hands-on experience managing large-scale infrastructure programs in areas such as:

  • Distributed systems

  • PubSub / streaming platforms

  • Storage systems

  • Infrastructure operations

  • Proven experience driving roadmap planning, feature delivery, and Agile execution

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

  • Experience defining metrics, analyzing operational data, and delivering actionable insights

  • Ability to manage ambiguity and operate effectively in fast-paced environments

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels, * Strong technical acumen with the ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies

  • Demonstrated experience leading complex enterprise-scale infrastructure programs

  • Proven success influencing teams without direct authority

  • Strong understanding of infrastructure product lifecycle management
