Job description

As a Staff BI and Data Analyst within our People & Culture and Finance departments, you will be at the heart of Oviva. You will partner with senior stakeholders-including the Managing Director and Clinical Delivery Directors in Switzerland-to translate complex business priorities into actionable analytics roadmaps. Your work ensures we provide the best possible care to our patients while maintaining operational excellence., Technical: Proficiency with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery) and modern BI tools. Preferred: Experience with Python and version control (Github/Git) to further scale our data capabilities.

  • Partner with senior leadership to define and track the long-term data strategy for our Swiss
  • operations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects across product, operations, and data teams to deliver high-
  • impact insights.
  • Design and maintain sophisticated dbt models and high-quality dashboards in tools like
  • Thoughtspot or Tableau.
  • Solve complex business problems using advanced SQL and data visualization techniques.
  • Advocate for data-driven decision-making by providing self-service reporting capabilities to
  • internal teams.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Tableau?, You are a strategic thinker who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys improving imperfect data sets. You are a collaborator at heart, capable of mentoring others and leading through influence.

Essential: At least 6 years of experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence. Expertise: Fluency in complex SQL and significant experience with dbt. Communication: Fluent in English; German language skills are a significant advantage for our
