You'll help configure pilot and production environments, investigate technical issues using tools like OpenReplay, Metabase, and AWS CloudWatch, execute backend scripts, and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and external stakeholders to keep everything aligned and moving forward.

About the role
As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring our AI solutions run smoothly across pilot, implementation, and production environments. This position combines technical configuration, troubleshooting, scripting, and cross-functional collaboration to guarantee stability, performance, and scalability.
Among your responsibilities, you will:
- Configure and manage environments for pilots, implementations, and production projects.
- Test and validate configurations in client environments to ensure reliability and performance.
- Execute, improve, and create maintenance scripts within our backend and persistence layers.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues using analytical and monitoring tools such as OpenReplay, Metabase, and AWS CloudWatch.
- Customize user interfaces using CSS/SASS when required.
- Document configuration processes, internal tools, and new features clearly and accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide updates and ensure smooth issue resolution.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of internal Support tools and automation scripts.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Software development?, We're looking for a technically trained professional who already has a solid foundation in software development or systems engineering., * Hold studies in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
- Have prior hands-on experience (academic, internship, or professional) with backend technologies and cloud environments.
- Understand how web applications work end-to-end.
- Feel comfortable reading logs, investigating incidents, and troubleshooting methodically.
- Have basic knowledge of AWS services and SQL.
- Are familiar with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Communicate clearly in both Spanish and English.
