Job description
As part of upcoming Murex implementation and upgrade programs, we are seeking a Murex Integration SME to design, build, and maintain interfaces between Murex and surrounding systems. The role focuses on ensuring robust data flows across market data, trade, and static data interfaces within the MX.3 platform.
The consultant will contribute to integration design, development, testing, and production support activities, working closely with Front Office, Risk, and IT teams. This role is key to ensuring data consistency, system reliability, and seamless integration across the application landscape.
Your role:
- Design and implement Murex integration solutions (MxML, APIs, file-based interfaces)
- Develop and maintain interfaces for market data, static data, and trade flows
- Support data migration and Datamart extraction processes
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into integration solutions
- Participate in system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration and data flow issues in production
- Collaborate with Front Office, Risk, Finance, and IT teams
- Contribute to Murex implementation, upgrade, and extension projects
- Monitor and optimize performance of interfaces and data flows
- Ensure data consistency and integrity across systems

Requirements
Do you have experience in XML?, * Strong experience with Murex integration (MxML Exchange, interfaces, data flows)
- Experience with data migration and Datamart extractions
- Hands-on experience with Murex MX.3 platform
- Good understanding of Murex architecture and integration layers Technical Skills
- Strong SQL skills
- Good knowledge of XML
- Experience with Unix/Linux environments
- Experience with scripting (Perl, Shell or similar)
- Familiarity with Java and Web Services
- 3+ years of Murex experience, with strong integration focus
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in complex environments
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English (French is a plus)
