Job description
As SAP Change Manager, you are responsible for managing and governing changes within our SAP environment. You ensure that all changes from small updates to large project implementations are carefully planned, tested and deployed. You act as a key link between IT, business and project teams and play an important role in ensuring stable and reliable SAP operations across Europe.
What will you be doing?
In this role, you will:
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of SAP changes, from planning to production deployment
- Act as a gatekeeper, ensuring strong governance on all changes entering the production environment
- Develop and maintain change management procedures using SAP Solution Manager and ITSM tools
- Validate transport requests and monitor potential conflicts before releases
- Monitor deployments and quickly coordinate issue resolution with developers and SMEs
- Plan and coordinate project-related changes, working closely with project teams and business stakeholders
- Assess and communicate risks related to system changes and releases
- Support successful go-lives of projects across the European organisation

Requirements
Do you have experience in Transportation management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business IT or similar (or equivalent experience) 5-10 years of experience in SAP environments, preferably in:
- SAP Basis
- SAP Solution Manager
- Change Management processes
- Hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager configuration and customizing
- Strong knowledge of Transport Management (STMS, SAP Basis, SolMan)
- Basic understanding of ABAP
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework
- Strong communication skills in English
