We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Support Administrator to join our growing operations team. Unlike larger companies, you'll play a significant role within the business and have the opportunity to make a real impact from day one.
This is a varied and exciting position combining business administration, customer support, help desk coordination, and operational support. You'll work closely with the project and technical teams, supporting a range of clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Business administration and operational support
- Logging and managing fault calls
- Delivering first level technical support
- Supporting project delivery and installations
- Liaising with clients, engineers, and suppliers
- Configuration of hardware & content management systems

Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical support?, We are looking for someone with the right attitude, strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a genuine interest in technology and customer service.
