Job description

As a ServiceNow Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our transformation by ensuring the stability, reliability, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on Incident Management.

Provide day-to-day support for ServiceNow, delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced, incident-driven environment. Balance incident resolution with proactive platform admin and small enhancements while managing competing priorities.

Key responsibilities: ServiceNow ITSM administration (Incident Management focus), incident/problem resolution, security & access control, small platform changes, upgrades & deployments, reporting & MI, knowledge management, and collaboration with internal and external teams.

Requirements

Do you have experience in ServiceNow?, * 3+ years' experience as a ServiceNow Administrator

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Strong hands-on experience supporting Incident Management
  • Experience delivering small platform changes and maintaining platform stability
  • Excellent prioritisation and multitasking skills, managing multiple competing demands
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience with documentation, reporting, and operational MI
  • Working knowledge of ITIL processes (ITIL certification desirable)
  • JavaScript / ServiceNow scripting experience (desireable)
  • Experience working with offshore teams or ServiceNow partners
  • Knowledge Management experience within ServiceNow
