Job description

We are seeking an MDM IT Support Specialist with experience in mobile device management (MDM) for migration tasks. The role involves assisting with the transition of mobile devices from one MDM to another.

Responsibilities: Mobile Device Support:

  • Assist in migrating devices from one MDM to another.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in mobile device support or telecoms.

  • Experience in configuring devices.

  • Desirable: Experience with MDM platforms, especially Microsoft Intune and AirWatch.
