In this role, you will be responsible for learning and developing expertise in our metering technology, providing first-line technical support to customers via phone and email, and assisting with technical enquiries in a professional and efficient manner. You will also support firmware testing, ensuring product reliability and performance, while maintaining accurate and well-organised records within our database systems., * Assisting customers with technical support queries via telephone and email
- Developing knowledge of company products, systems, and metering technology
- Supporting firmware testing and reporting findings
- Maintaining accurate customer and technical records within internal databases
- Assisting the Senior Support Technician with day-to-day technical operations
- Delivering excellent customer service and troubleshooting support
