Toll International is seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager II to support the administration, oversight, and optimization of enterprise wireless telecommunications service agreements for the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey. This role will support the Technology Financial Management Unit within the Technology Department and work closely with the Sr. Contract Manager to ensure vendor compliance, operational alignment, and continuous service improvement across multiple transportation facilities, including Aviation, PATH, PORT, WTC, and TB&T operations., The Project Manager II will be responsible for monitoring vendor performance, managing SLA and KPI reporting, supporting wireless capital improvement initiatives, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and maintaining audit-ready contract documentation. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience managing enterprise IT managed services engagements, vendor performance oversight, risk management, and telecommunications or infrastructure-related projects within complex operational environments., * Monitor vendor performance against contractual obligations, SLAs, and KPIs to ensure compliance and service quality.
- Develop, maintain, and track SLA performance metrics, dashboards, reports, and escalation procedures.
- Coordinate and support wireless telecommunications capital improvement projects, including scope, schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Analyze service performance data to identify trends, performance gaps, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Maintain organized and audit-ready contract documentation, including amendments, reports, correspondence, and compliance records.
- Support quality assurance and quality control activities related to IT managed services and telecommunications operations.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between internal stakeholders, operational units, and third-party service providers.
- Conduct vendor meetings, working sessions, and performance reviews while documenting action items and resolutions.
- Track operational, contractual, and technical risks through risk registers, issue logs, and mitigation plans.
- Support audit preparation, compliance tracking, and resolution of non-compliance issues in accordance with established procedures.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to SLA monitoring, reporting, escalation management, and compliance oversight.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports for Agency leadership regarding vendor performance, project status, risks, and compliance activities.
- Escalate critical issues, risks, and service deficiencies to leadership in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Vendor relationship management?, * Minimum of four (4) years of project management experience supporting enterprise IT operations, managed services, or telecommunications environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing or supporting IT managed services engagements and vendor performance oversight.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices.
- Proven experience tracking IT projects, including scope, schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource coordination.
- Experience supporting quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) activities within enterprise IT or infrastructure projects.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent project management certification is required.
- Strong experience creating and maintaining project documentation, KPI dashboards, SLA reports, risk registers, and compliance tracking logs.
- Ability to analyze operational and service performance data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, stakeholders, and operational units in large-scale environments.
- Familiarity with regulatory and industry compliance standards, including HIPAA, PCI-DSS, or similar frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare executive-level reports and presentations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project tracking tools, and reporting platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL certification.
- Experience supporting environments aligned with ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, or similar governance frameworks.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale IT outsourcing or managed services transitions.
- Background in telecommunications, wireless infrastructure, or enterprise IT operations.
- Experience supporting transportation, public sector, aviation, or infrastructure-related organizations.
- Demonstrated experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, and operational process improvement initiatives.
- Experience supporting audit activities and regulatory compliance reviews.
