Majesco Solution Architect

We're hiring a Solution Architect with strong Majesco platform experience to lead end-to-end solution design for enterprise insurance implementations. What you'll do

• Design and lead Majesco-based insurance solutions (Policy, Billing, Claims, L&A)
• Drive client requirement workshops and translate business needs into architecture
• Own solution design, estimations, and delivery governance
• Support implementations, presales, and client engagements

• Hands-on Majesco experience with deep P&C/Life Insurance domain knowledge
• Strong solution architecture skills (HLD/LLD, UML, Java, RDBMS)
• Experience with business rules & workflow engines
• Ability to lead and mentor teams (10-12 members)
• Excellent client communication; willing to travel short-term
