Requirements

Do you have experience in System design?, 3-5+ years in backend, fullstack, or systems engineering

  • Proven system architecture experience (not just implementing specs)

  • Deep knowledge of SOLID, Design Patterns, Clean Architecture

  • Database scaling and optimization

  • Microservices and event-driven architecture

  • Docker, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure

  • Multi-language capability (2+ languages)

  • Russian language (required)

  • English intermediate+ (preferred but not required)

THE CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: AI-ASSISTED DEVELOPMENT

  • 3-6+ months hands-on experience with Claude, GPT-4, or GitHub Copilot

  • Understanding of AI strengths and limitations

  • Ability to write effective specs for AI code generation

  • Practical experience reviewing and refactoring AI-generated code

  • Knowledge of when to use AI vs traditional development

NICE TO HAVE

  • Kubernetes experience

  • AWS / GCP knowledge

  • Prompt engineering for code generation

  • Kafka / Event streaming experience

  • High-load systems (fintech, real-time)

  • Legacy system refactoring
