NX Implementation Consultant

Deploy and support Siemens NX across engineering teams (target: 2+ years hands-on NX deployment experience).

Lead/execute NX client rollout activities: installation packaging, configuration, user environment standardization, and version upgrades.

Configure and support NX workflows involving

Line Designer (layout/line planning workflows)

Tooling design (fixtures, tooling concepts, and related manufacturing design workflows)

Measuring points (definition, management, and downstream usage in engineering/manufacturing processes)

Provide tier 2/3 user support: troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, performance tuning, and issue resolution.

Partner with PLM and integration teams to support and improve NX to Teamcenter integration (nice-to-have/plus).

Assist with standards and best practices: templates, start parts, layer/attribute standards, naming conventions, and drafting/modeling guidelines.

Support change management and adoption: user training, job aids, release notes, and rollout communications.

Coordinate with IT and cybersecurity for desktop/VDI, software distribution, licensing, and access controls.

Document deployment procedures, known issues, and resolution playbooks; contribute to continuous improvement.
