Senior software engineer

• Own the end-to-end design, development, and operational support of core features.
• Collaborate with product, security, and AI teams to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Integrate AI and automation into engineering workflows, improving efficiency and delivering scalable solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor peers and contribute to a culture of excellence, learning, and innovation.

• Good working experience in software engineering, with a strong record of delivering real-world solutions. Financial services is a plus.
• Hands-on technical leader capable of delivering rapid, scalable, and reusable frameworks.
• Proven experience taking products and solutions from concept to launch.
• Direct experience with digital assets, blockchain technologies, or related infrastructure is highly desirable.
• Strong technical literacy in data infrastructure, coding best practices, and AI technologies (LLMs, AI code assist, automation agents).
• Good working experience in Python, C#, or Java.
• Excellent collaboration skills, working effectively across cross-functional teams and large-scale programs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, translating business needs into AI-enabled strategies and solutions with measurable impact.
• Computer Science/Engineering/STEM degree is highly desirable.
