In this role, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting for various operating systems and hardware components. Your expertise will help ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, while also delivering exceptional customer service to our users. Hybrid work possible after probationary time.
Requirements
Do you have experience in SharePoint?, Must Have Skills or abilities:
- M365 Tenant Creation
- M365 AD
- Intune Management
- Sharepoint
- OneDrive For Business
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
Benificial Skills:
- Solid understanding of computer hardware components and their functionality.
- Troubleshoot software issues and perform hardware repairs or replacements as needed.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting software issues across multiple platforms like Windows or Apple.
- Familiarity with Watchguard firewall management and network security principles.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and peripherals.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall service delivery.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Offer training and support to junior technicians and end-users on various IT-related topics.
