Job description
RTP is seeking a Senior Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and validation of RTP's embedded systems, from concept through high-volume manufacturing. Your expertise will drive the architecture, circuit design, schematic capture, PCB layout, and component selection. This role also involves troubleshooting complex issues using tools like oscilloscopes. You will collaborate with software development and manufacturing to ensure reliability, performance, and high-quality solutions.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Teamwork?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field, equivalent experience considered.
- Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in hardware development.
- Technical Proficiencies: Strong expertise in analog/digital circuit design, signal integrity, and power management. Knowledge of high-speed digital interfaces (USB, SPI, I2C, UART). Ability to work independently with minimal technical guidance.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
