Data Reporting Analys

Extract, validate, and organize data from core systems (QuickBooks, CRM, Engineering platforms). Develop and maintain leadership dashboards, KPI scorecards, and recurring performance reports.

Partner with department leaders to define meaningful metrics and performance indicators. Ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of data across systems and reports.

Support ad-hoc analysis for planning, forecasting, and operational reviews. Improve data definitions, reporting standards, and metric clarity over time. 2. Enterprise Applications Ownership Serve as the internal subject matter resource for core business systems. Maintain system configuration, user roles, and data integrity standards.

Identify opportunities to better leverage existing system capabilities. Support system improvements, integrations, and feature adoption. Assist with testing, rollout, and training of new features or system updates. Document system processes and best practices. Primary systems may include: QuickBooks

CRM platform Engineering / service management software SharePoint & collaboration tools 3. Data, File & Collaboration Governance Establish and maintain standards for file storage, naming conventions, and folder structures.

Support SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams organization and adoption. Reduce duplication, data inconsistency, and version-control issues. Educate employees on proper data handling and collaboration practices. Create simple internal reference guides to promote consistency

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
