Job description
As an ERP Project Manager specializing in PeopleSoft, you will support enterprise program delivery by coordinating large scale ERP initiatives, managing stakeholder communication, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. You will work closely with leadership, program managers, and vendors to facilitate project execution, oversee governance activities, and ensure timely, high quality delivery of program outcomes., * Support enterprise ERP program management activities, including coordination with leadership and vendors.
- Facilitate project execution, resource management, and stakeholder communication.
- Identify, track, and escalate risks and issues across projects and program workstreams.
- Ensure deliverables meet defined requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and long term planning documents for governance forums.
- Maintain program documentation including schedules, budgets, metrics, and requirements.
- Monitor program performance and communicate status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Coordinate meetings, logistics, communications, and documentation for program activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.
- Proven experience managing ERP programs, particularly PeopleSoft implementations or upgrades.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance, and administration processes.
- Experience managing budgets, program metrics, risks, and deliverables.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders, vendors, and cross functional teams.
- Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic enterprise environment.
