Job description

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will design, build, and optimize advanced data pipelines, reporting systems, and dashboards to support operational and strategic decision making. You will leverage business intelligence best practices to analyze complex datasets, deliver actionable insights, and ensure data accuracy while collaborating across teams to enhance reporting capabilities and drive continuous improvement., * Design, develop, and maintain operational, executive, and control dashboards.

  • Monitor and report key performance metrics across multiple time intervals.
  • Perform complex data analysis and streamline reporting processes for efficiency.
  • Apply statistical and data mining techniques to extract meaningful insights.
  • Create visualizations to communicate insights to technical and non technical stakeholders.
  • Build tools such as templates, forms, macros, and automation logic to support data capture.
  • Integrate and manage data from multiple sources including databases, APIs, and collaboration platforms.
  • Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
  • Mentor and train team members on BI tools and data engineering practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience developing business intelligence and reporting solutions.
  • Advanced proficiency with SQL, including queries, stored procedures, and data modeling.
  • Strong experience with Power BI, including DAX, M queries, and dashboard development.
  • Experience working with ETL tools such as SSIS and reporting tools like SSRS.
  • Strong expertise with Microsoft Office tools, including advanced Excel and VBA.
  • Experience integrating and managing large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with financial or payment operations data and regulatory frameworks.
  • Advanced data visualization expertise using Power BI or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of data mining techniques and statistical analysis methods.
  • Experience with enterprise applications and reporting tools in complex environments.
