Job description

Please note that this is an Entry Level position. We are looking for an individual that is eager to learn our industry and grow within the organization. Must be eager, positive, and be driven by overall success., * General oversight of tasks related to field service activities including order entry, technician scheduling and assignment, and associated administrative tasks.

  • Single Point of Contact for low complexity projects in a client facing role.
  • Reports on project progress to internal stakeholders and management to ensure KPIs of deliverables are met.
  • Maintains and builds relationships with internal teams and third-party vendors.
  • Monitors the daily progress of field technician workflow.
  • Assist with invoicing, including change requests and out of scope billing.

Our Project Administrators work closely with our team members to help deliver customer-initiated projects efficiently. The Project Administrator manages administrative tasks including order entry, technician scheduling, documentation distribution, and ensures all post event deliverables are collected, complete, and accessible to the customer. Critical qualities include excellent communication skills, an outgoing personality, the desire to learn and grow within the company, and the confidence to operate in a fast paced, dynamic environment., * A strong focus on customer service with a drive to exceed expectations.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external parties.
  • The ability to respond in a very dynamic environment with constantly changing activities and priorities.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to an ever changing list of responsibilities.
  • Ability to operate independently with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Experience working in the field services industry is a major PLUS!
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Preferred education - Associates Degree or higher or equivalent experience
