Job description

As a Senior Software Engineer - InfoSec - IAM, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting enterprise identity governance solutions and technologies. You will work closely with global InfoSec teams, infrastructure, and application owners to manage access controls, identity lifecycle processes, and policy enforcement. You will contribute to the design, enhancement, and operations of scalable, compliant, and secure IAM solutions supporting business-critical applications., Delivery and Execution

  • Implement and manage IAM tools and integrations with enterprise systems

  • Define and enforce policies for user access, entitlements, and certifications

  • Develop and support onboarding/offboarding processes for users and roles

  • Conduct regular access reviews and remediate findings in line with compliance requirements

Support and Enablement

  • Collaborate with InfoSec, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure secure access controls across cloud and on-prem systems

  • Assist with audits and evidence collection by generating IAM related logs and reports

  • Develop and maintain documentation for IAM procedures, technical configurations, and controls

  • Drive continuous improvement and automation in identity governance processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field

  • Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, CyberArk Certification, SailPoint Certifications

Required Experience

  • 4-7 years of experience in Information Security or IAM engineering roles

  • Practical experience with identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, role-based access controls (RBAC), and federated identity solutions

  • Strong understanding of LDAP, Active Directory, SSO, MFA, and directory services

  • Exposure to regulatory frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, and HIPAA

Essential skills

  • Hands-on experience with IAM platforms (SailPoint, CyberArk, Azure Entra, etc.)

  • Expertise in access certification processes, audit support, and entitlement reviews

  • Familiarity with authentication and authorization protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)

  • Experience writing scripts or using APIs for identity management automation

  • Knowledge of IT general controls and IAM compliance frameworks Desired skills

  • Experience with cloud security and identity solutions (GCP , Azure, AWS IAM, GCP IAM)

  • Familiarity with DevSecOps integration in CI/CD pipelines for IAM

  • Exposure to PAM (Privileged Access Management) tools such as CyberArk or BeyondTrust

  • Understanding of identity governance workflows, connector integrations, and user attestation

  • Exposure to leveraging AI OPS for predictive analytics and operational efficiency

  • Experienced in deploying and maintaining ML models in production environments

Familiarity with design and implementation of scalable API solutions

Shift Timings

6.30 PM to 2.30 PM (IST)

9AM to 5PM (EST), Pay: $6.00 - $8.00 an hour depending on skills and experience
