Job description
Responsible for supporting and maintaining the Licensure and Regulation System (LARS) and Zendesk ticketing platform. Duties include managing support tickets, processing user account updates, troubleshooting application issues, maintaining system documentation, coordinating workflow changes, and ensuring timely resolution of requests. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and utilizes ServiceNow, SharePoint, Excel, and Word to support daily operations and system administration tasks.
