Job description

As an Applications Engineer at Nextest, you will support customers as they bring new semiconductor devices into production. You will work closely with customers to develop test programs that characterize future devices and contribute to the validation of next-generation tester hardware and features., In this role, you will:

  • Provide pre- and post-sales customer support
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Engineering on the definition and verification of new products
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation
  • Contribute to the creation and delivery of training programs
  • Develop custom test programs to meet customer requirements
  • Occassional travel may be required

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of applicable experience
  • Experience with C/C++ programming
  • Coursework in digital and analog circuit design
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering (BSCE) or Electrical Engineering (BSEE)

This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
