Job description
- Manage on-site shift technicians, senior shift technicians, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
- Establish performance benchmarks, conduct analyses, and prepare reports on critical facility operations and maintenance.
- Coordinate with IT managers and business leaders to manage projects, capacity, and optimize plant safety, performance, reliability, and efficiency.
- Operate and manage routine and emergency services on critical systems such as switchgear, generators, UPS systems, power distribution equipment, chillers, cooling towers, and building monitoring systems.
- Assist in the design and construction of new facilities and projects to improve current facility efficiency.
Requirements
- Computer proficiency, MS Office
- Team-oriented attitude
- Data center experience: 0-2 years
- Electrical and mechanical experience: 1+ years, * Opportunity to work in data centers with little or no experience.
- Work with brand new facilities, first of their kind.
