As a Data Analyst, you support the business with a wide range of data-related questions and help translate insights into concrete actions. You work closely with various departments, ensuring they can rely on clear analyses, reliable reporting, and well-founded recommendations.
You provide support for ad hoc requests, responding quickly and accurately to specific information needs. At the same time, you contribute to building structural, long-term solutions that strengthen the organization's data maturity.
In addition, you play an important role within the Data & Insights team itself. You contribute to the further development and optimization of data models, dashboards, definitions, and processes, helping to safeguard the "single source of truth." In this way, you combine operational support with strategic impact and actively contribute to building a future-oriented data organization.
Your responsibilities:

You gather, query, clean, validate, and manipulate data from various sources, transforming it into actionable insights, reports, and dashboards.

You define, build, and automate dashboards relevant to the topics you work on, ensuring they deliver value and clarity.

You develop proactive partnerships with stakeholders, ensuring data is leveraged as efficiently and effectively as possible to meet their needs.

You conduct ad-hoc analyses while contributing to long-term strategic initiatives.

You actively promote the implementation of data-driven solutions and help elevate data skills and maturity within the organization.

You collaborate closely with data engineers and analytics engineers and actively contribute to Wyre's data landscape.

You play an active role in the data community within Wyre, contributing through knowledge sharing, coaching, and inspiring others.
Requirements

You hold a master's degree in a relevant field and have 3 to 5 years of experience as a data analyst or can demonstrate equivalent experience.

You communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing, and know how to adapt your message to your audience. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.

You have proven experience with leading dashboarding tools such as Qlik Sense, Power BI, or Tableau. (Nice to have)

You have strong SQL skills (Must have). Experience with Snowflake or other cloud data warehouses is a strong asset. (Very nice to have)

Experience with DBT is a plus. (Nice to have)

You are familiar with common software engineering practices, such as version control (e.g., Git - nice to have).

You combine strong analytical skills with attention to detail, energy, and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.

You know how to bring business stakeholders along in your story and have a proven ability to strengthen a data-driven culture within the organization.

You are a strong communicator who can clearly translate complex topics for both technical and non-technical audiences.
