Agile Project Manager

You'll take on exciting technical challenges in the Automotive sector and develop your expertise while creating solutions that drive progress across several industries., As the Project Manager, you will lead Agile-related meetings such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Sprint Reviews/Retrospectives. You'll manage the operations, ensuring roadblocks are efficiently removed, and report directly to Control Managers., * Lead and review sprint activities tracked in JIRA.

• Oversee daily stand-ups and resolve operational challenges.
• Bridge the gap between Agile iterations and MBD milestones, ensuring that model maturity and simulation results align with sprint goals.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and Controls Manager on software release plans.
• Support Change Control Board discussions to maintain project timelines.
• Initiate process improvements to boost team efficiency.

• A Master's in Automotive, Electro-Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.
• Experience or affinity with Controls development.
• Familiarity with Model-Based Design workflows.
• Inspiration and motivation capabilities for team members.
• Pragmatic approach to overcoming roadblocks.
• Accurate reporting and clear communication skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch and French are a plus.
