The selected candidate will be responsible for technically leading the design, development and maintenance of the project's Infrastructure as Code, ensuring end-to-end automation and reproducible deployments. They will actively participate in client meetings, providing expert guidance and aligning architecture and operational decisions with functional, security and performance requirements. Key responsibilities include: Designing and implementing the project's IaC architecture across multi-cloud, hybrid or on-premise environments. Ensuring full automation of the infrastructure lifecycle, from provisioning to maintenance. Enforcing consistent DevOps practices: CI/CD, quality controls, automated testing, GitOps and integrated security. Leading the standardization, modularization and reuse of robust and scalable IaC components. Coordinating with development, operations, cybersecurity and networking teams to ensure seamless delivery. Requirements
We are looking for a senior professional with strong technical leadership skills, deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and a clear DevOps mindset. The ideal candidate will be able to guide architectural decisions, interact directly with the client, and ensure that deployment, security and operational requirements are met throughout the project. We'll get to the point; we'll tell you what's not on the web., Expert-level Terraform (HCL) experience: modules, workspaces, state management, state security and CI/CD integration. Strong background in Ansible: roles, playbooks, dynamic inventories, collections, orchestration and performance optimization. Experience designing reproducible, immutable and modular infrastructures. DevOps & Automation Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps). Knowledge of IaC testing tools (terratest, checkov, tflint, ansible-lint). Artifact management, semantic versioning and repository best practices. Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). Cloud & Virtualization Professional experience with at least one major cloud provider. Understanding of hybrid environments with virtualization technologies (VMware, OpenStack).
