Technical Specialist - End User Compute

This is a Level 3 specialist role where you'll be the go-to expert across our end user computing landscape. You'll take ownership of our endpoint management, macOS, mobility, and collaboration technologies, ensuring everything is secure, reliable, and running smoothly in a 24/7 environment.

You'll also play a key role in driving improvements, lifting capability across teams, and shaping how we deliver EUC services into the future.

• Owning and supporting our EUC platforms - including Intune, macOS, mobile device management, and Teams Rooms
• Acting as the Level 3 escalation point for complex technical issues and major incidents
• Managing endpoint lifecycle, deployment, compliance, patching, and application packaging
• Strengthening security and compliance across our endpoint environment
• Driving continuous improvement, automation, and service uplift initiatives
• Coaching and supporting our Service Desk and Field teams through knowledge sharing
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and ICT teams

• 3-5+ years' experience in ICT with strong expertise in end user computing / endpoint management
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (enrolment, compliance, app deployment)
• Experience managing macOS in an enterprise environment
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and endpoint security/compliance
• Proven ability in Level 3 troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem resolution
• Experience working in complex, 24/7 environments
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to document and share knowledge effectively
