- Administering Microsoft 365 (users, licensing, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)
- Supporting endpoint/device management (e.g. Intune)
- Assisting with infrastructure (Active Directory, servers, DNS/DHCP, virtualisation)
- Supporting networking basics (Wi-Fi, VPNs, firewalls under guidance)
- Taking ownership of tickets through to resolution in line with SLAs
- Contributing to project work (cloud migrations, upgrades, deployments)
- Documenting solutions and improving internal processes
Requirements
- Experience in an IT support / helpdesk / desktop support role
- Strong Windows 10/11 troubleshooting skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, switching)
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Organised, detail-oriented and proactive
Desirable:
- Experience with Intune / endpoint management
- Exposure to Azure
- Windows Server or virtualisation experience
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.)
