Job description
A growing Sage Intacct delivery practice is hiring a Project Manager to lead a portfolio of cloud financials implementations for UK-headquartered SMEs and multi-entity groups. You will own end-to-end programmes from kick-off through hypercare, working alongside functional consultants, technical leads and client finance teams to land on time, on budget and on outcomes. Most clients are in professional services, SaaS, not-for-profit and multi-entity construction - areas where Sage Intacct continues to displace legacy mid-market ERPs., You will run the full project lifecycle for two to four concurrent Sage Intacct implementations, including scoping, statement-of-work shaping, resource planning, risk and dependency management, governance reporting and change control. Expect to chair steering committees, manage commercial conversations on scope creep, coordinate data-migration cutovers and integration sprints with iPaaS partners, and drive readiness for go-live including UAT, training and post-go-live stabilisation. You will work hand-in-hand with the practice lead to refine delivery methodology, mentor associate PMs, and contribute to bid responses for new opportunities across the North.
Requirements
Demonstrable experience leading cloud ERP or financial-systems implementations end-to-end, ideally including at least one full-cycle Sage Intacct project (other relevant exposure considered: NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Sage 200 cloud, or comparable mid-market financials). Strong grounding in a recognised methodology - PRINCE2, APM PMQ, Agile or hybrid - paired with the pragmatism to flex to client maturity. Comfort discussing multi-entity, multi-currency consolidations, intercompany, dimensional reporting and integrations into Salesforce, HubSpot, payroll and expense platforms. Excellent stakeholder management at C-suite, finance-director and operational level, and the confidence to push back constructively when scope, timeline or quality is at risk. Sage Intacct Implementation Specialist certification is a strong plus; partners will fund the path if not already held.
Benefits & conditions
A clear path into senior delivery leadership inside a Sage Intacct-aligned partner practice that is investing heavily in the Northern market. Genuine hybrid working with a Leeds hub anchor, a delivery toolkit you will help shape, a defined bonus tied to project gross margin and CSAT, private medical, enhanced pension, 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, certification funding, and the chance to work across a varied book of clients rather than one programme for two years.
