Job description

  • Advanced desktop support (3rd line) in Wintel environments
  • Windows 10/11 Enterprise support
  • Active Directory (On-Prem & Azure/Entra)
  • Microsoft Intune & Autopilot (MDM)
  • Virtual desktop environments (Hyper-V, RDS)
  • Endpoint management tools (eg Ivanti)
  • Group Policy (GPO) & PowerShell
  • SMB Shares & NTFS permissions
  • Microsoft Defender for Endpoint & Windows Firewall
  • Remote access & VPN support
  • Exchange Online (mailboxes, distribution groups, resources)
  • Microsoft Teams support (including Teams Rooms)
  • Secure Print & endpoint application support
