Job description
- Advanced desktop support (3rd line) in Wintel environments
- Windows 10/11 Enterprise support
- Active Directory (On-Prem & Azure/Entra)
- Microsoft Intune & Autopilot (MDM)
- Virtual desktop environments (Hyper-V, RDS)
- Endpoint management tools (eg Ivanti)
- Group Policy (GPO) & PowerShell
- SMB Shares & NTFS permissions
- Microsoft Defender for Endpoint & Windows Firewall
- Remote access & VPN support
- Exchange Online (mailboxes, distribution groups, resources)
- Microsoft Teams support (including Teams Rooms)
- Secure Print & endpoint application support
