Job description
- Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Administer Microsoft Intune and manage Windows, macOS, and mobile devices (MDM), OneDrive and SharePoint Online.
- Manage Apple device enrolment, configuration, and compliance policies.
- Oversee endpoint security, including antivirus, device compliance, and vulnerability remediation.
- Perform endpoint patch management across Windows and macOS environments.
- Support virtual machines (VDI) and provide L1 VMware administration.
- Manage mobile phones and SIM cards, including provisioning and lifecycle management.
- Manage and support POS printers, MFPs, and LaserJet devices.
- Oversee AV systems, including meeting room equipment and townhall event setups.
- Provide support for VOIP systems and telephony administration.
- Administer and support Manage Engine tools: Desktop Central, ServiceDesk Plus, ADManager Plus
- Work with ServiceNow for incident, request, and change management.
- Support ePTW (Electronic Permit to Work) system operations end to end.
- Maintain accurate IT asset records as an ITAM Specialist for all the IT assets.
- Perform Active Directory user and group administration.
- Administer Azure Entra ID (Azure AD) including identity lifecycle and access management.
- Administer O365/M365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, and security policies.
- Administration of endpoint security tools such as: Cortex XDR, Netskope, Egress, Mimecast
- Ensure compliance with security policies and assist in remediation activities.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware, software, and service support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and delivery of IT services.
- Travel to the London office as required for onsite support.
Requirements
As an IT Systems Administrator, you will be required to support and manage our infrastructure services and enterprise tools. The ideal candidate will have strong hands on experience across device management, collaboration platforms, IT service management, and infrastructure operations. This role requires excellent technical capability, strong ownership, and the ability to work across multiple technology domains., * 6+ years of experience in IT support, desktop administration, or systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of Intune, MDM, Windows 10/11, macOS, and mobile OS platforms.
- Hands on experience with ManageEngine and ServiceNow.
- Good understanding of Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, and M365 administration.
- Experience with print management, AV systems, and VOIP.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Exposure to security tools and endpoint protection platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications (MD 102, AZ 900, MS 900, SC 900).
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Experience with VMware or other virtualisation platforms.
- Experience supporting hybrid work environments.
Qualification:
- Must be educated to at least degree level or equivalent.
