Job description

  • Laptop/Desktop rollout and deployment support

  • Troubleshooting hardware, peripherals, printers, and user issues

  • Provide white-glove support to end users and stakeholders

  • Manage tickets, diagnostics, and issue resolution

Requirements

  • EUC/Desktop Support or Rollout experience

  • Strong Windows environment knowledge

  • Device deployment and hardware troubleshooting

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder handling

  • SC Clearance or eligibility required

  • Experience within enterprise or corporate IT environments preferred
