Job description

Bench IT require an experienced Windows 11 Deployment Engineer to join a large organisation starting ASAP working full time onsite in the City of London. The engineers will work alongside internal Operations and BAU support teams to ensure a smooth and controlled migration from Windows 10 to Windows 11.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have the skills and experience included below:

  • Proven experience working on large deployment projects
  • Windows 10/11 migration knowledge
  • Previous experience working within the financial services sector
  • Office 365 suite
  • Active Directory
  • Provide a short Windows 11 device handover
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Troubleshooting and resolving migration-related technical issues
  • Supporting end users with transition to Windows 11 (look, feel, and functionality)
  • Assisting users during and post-migration to ensure minimal disruption
  • Obtaining end-user acceptance and sign-off following successful migration
