Job description

The role will join a support team who support the organisation across all 1st/2nd line technical issues providing support in person, via email and remotely.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong support background who enjoys working across Microsoft technologies and wants to develop their career within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

As this role supports the organisations users it will require the Support Engineer to be onsite 4 day per week. The successful candidate will need to have access to a car to get to the client site which is not reachable by public transport.

  • Experience providing 1st and 2nd line support across organisations
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 technology
  • Experience supporting Windows 10/11
  • Experience supporting Active Directory & Azure AD
  • Experience supporting Intune/Endpoint Manager
  • Experience supporting Teams & SharePoint
  • Good experience of Networking & hardware troubleshooting
  • Experience supporting onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Experience of escalating and managing technical issues where appropriate
  • Experience maintaining documentation and contributing to process improvement
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Demonstrable experience of ability to prioritise resolutions
  • Experience of managing asset inventories
