Job description
The role will join a support team who support the organisation across all 1st/2nd line technical issues providing support in person, via email and remotely.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong support background who enjoys working across Microsoft technologies and wants to develop their career within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
As this role supports the organisations users it will require the Support Engineer to be onsite 4 day per week. The successful candidate will need to have access to a car to get to the client site which is not reachable by public transport.

- Experience providing 1st and 2nd line support across organisations
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 technology
- Experience supporting Windows 10/11
- Experience supporting Active Directory & Azure AD
- Experience supporting Intune/Endpoint Manager
- Experience supporting Teams & SharePoint
- Good experience of Networking & hardware troubleshooting
- Experience supporting onboarding/offboarding processes
- Experience of escalating and managing technical issues where appropriate
- Experience maintaining documentation and contributing to process improvement
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrable experience of ability to prioritise resolutions
- Experience of managing asset inventories
