Desk Support Engineer - Intune, Microsoft 365, Active Directory

Market Rate

London (on-site)3 months

(part time/3 days a week)

A client of mine is currently looking for an IT Support Engineer to support their team on a part time basis (3 days per week on-site in London). This opportunity would suit someone who has worked within smaller organisations and enjoys a hands-on, varied support role across both office-based and remote users.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong background in Microsoft 365/O365 administration
  • Solid knowledge of Active Directory and User Lifecycle Management
  • Comfortable supporting Windows Server environments
  • Confident across Windows 11 and macOS user support
  • Hands-on with 1st to 2nd line support for endpoints and users
  • Familiar with basic Networking and Security troubleshooting
  • Expertise in Microsoft Intune, including Device Management and Policy Configuration
  • Proven track record supporting remote and distributed teams
  • Exposure to SME/smaller business environments
  • Happy to work on-site and provide face-to-face support when required

Nice to Have

  • Working knowledge of SharePoint
  • Immediate availability
