What You'll Learn

During your graduate programme, you'll gain experience across a wide range of technologies, systems, and development practices, including:

  • C#, JavaScript, C++, and .NET development
  • Software design, testing, debugging, and deployment
  • Working with databases, APIs, and production systems
  • Collaborating with developers, testing teams, support teams, and customers
  • Understanding how enterprise software solutions are delivered to financial institutions
  • Customer implementations, problem-solving, and refining solutions based on client needs

You'll also be supported by an experienced mentor throughout your development journey.

The Role

As a Graduate Software Developer, you'll contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle, from specification and design through to development, testing, and delivery.

You'll work closely with internal technical teams to help ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of our products while continuing to build your technical capabilities in a supportive environment.

Requirements

We're looking for graduates who are enthusiastic about software development and motivated to continue learning and developing their skills., * A 2:1 degree or above in Computer Science or a related discipline (or on track to achieve this)

  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English
  • A genuine interest in software development and technology
  • Eagerness to learn new programming languages, tools, and technologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
