- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions that support business operations.
- Build custom functionality using Salesforce development tools and best practices.
- Support configuration, customization, and enhancement of Salesforce applications.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
- Assist with release management, testing, deployment, and ongoing platform improvements.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions.
- Follow Salesforce governance, security, documentation, and development standards.
- Mentor other team members and contribute to continuous improvement across the platform.
Requirements
We are seeking a Sr. Salesforce Engineer to help design, build, and support scalable Salesforce solutions across an enterprise environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical professional with strong Salesforce development experience, integration knowledge, and the ability to partner with business and technology teams., * 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and programmatic development.
- Experience building custom components, automation, workflows, and integrations.
- Knowledge of Salesforce data models, security, sharing rules, reporting, and platform limitations.
- Experience with APIs, middleware, release management, and version control tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and support complex Salesforce environments.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications are preferred.
- Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce implementations.
- Experience with Service Cloud, Field Service, or other Salesforce clouds.
- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing practices.
- Exposure to AI, automation, or digital agent capabilities within Salesforce.
