Job description

  • Lead Salesforce solution architecture, technical design, and delivery across enterprise initiatives.
  • Design scalable data models, integrations, security models, automation, and performance strategies.
  • Configure and enhance Salesforce applications to support business operations and user workflows.
  • Develop and review custom Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, SOQL/SOSL, batch jobs, and related platform tools.
  • Support Service Cloud, Field Service, contact center, and other Salesforce platform capabilities as needed.
  • Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, platform events, and related tools.
  • Support DevOps practices, including SFDX, Git, CI/CD pipelines, testing, deployment, and release management.
  • Work with business, product, and technical teams in Agile environments to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, enforce coding standards, and support platform best practices.

Requirements

We are seeking a Sr. Salesforce Technical Lead / Architect to help design, build, and support scalable Salesforce solutions across an enterprise environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on Salesforce leader with strong architecture experience, development expertise, integration knowledge, and the ability to guide complex CRM initiatives. The ideal candidate can partner with business and technology teams, translate requirements into practical technical solutions, and provide leadership across Salesforce development, configuration, integrations, and platform governance., * Extensive Salesforce experience in enterprise CRM environments.

  • Strong background in Salesforce architecture, technical leadership, and hands-on development.
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, automation, and programmatic development.
  • Strong expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, SOQL/SOSL, batch jobs, and Salesforce data management.
  • Experience with Service Cloud, Field Service, or other Salesforce cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security, sharing rules, permissions, and platform limits.
  • Experience designing and supporting enterprise integrations using APIs, middleware, platform events, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools, Git-based workflows, CI/CD, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Ability to work in Agile environments and collaborate across business, product, and technology teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders., * Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer, Application Architect, Data Architect, Service Cloud Consultant, Field Service Consultant, or related credentials.
  • Experience with Agentforce, Einstein, AI-driven automation, or digital agent capabilities.
  • Experience with contact center integrations, field service platforms, or enterprise service operations.
  • Familiarity with MuleSoft, Boomi, or other integration platforms.
  • Exposure to insurance, field service, customer service, or other service-heavy environments.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, analytics tools, or enterprise modernization initiatives.
