Job description
We are seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to design, support, and improve Salesforce solutions across an enterprise environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong Salesforce platform knowledge, integration experience, and the ability to work closely with business and technology teams. The ideal candidate can understand business needs, recommend practical solutions, and help ensure Salesforce is scalable, reliable, and aligned with long-term business goals., * Design and support Salesforce solutions across core platform capabilities.
- Translate business requirements into practical Salesforce configurations, workflows, data models, and technical solutions.
- Support integrations between Salesforce and other business systems.
- Partner with business, technology, security, and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet enterprise standards.
- Help define Salesforce best practices for security, data quality, performance, scalability, and system usability.
- Review solution designs, configurations, and enhancements to ensure quality and consistency.
- Support Salesforce roadmap planning, release management, testing, deployment, and environment management.
- Identify opportunities to improve Salesforce functionality, automation, reporting, and user experience.
- Provide guidance to administrators, developers, business users, and implementation partners.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
- Experience in a Salesforce architect, solution architect, technical lead, or similar role.
- Strong experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, data modeling, and platform capabilities.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, middleware, or related integration methods.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, permissions, workflows, automation, and performance considerations.
- Ability to gather requirements, document solutions, and communicate options clearly to stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams., * Salesforce certifications are preferred.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
- Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce environments.
- Familiarity with contact center tools, telephony platforms, scheduling tools, or other connected business systems.
- Experience with Agile delivery, Salesforce DevOps, version control, CI/CD, or release management practices.
- Experience in customer service, financial services, insurance, membership, or other enterprise business environments.
