Team with clients on their SAP transformation programs through your combined mid-market and SAP delivery expertise which includes your ability to:
- Support your project leaders on establishing ways of working, tools, and governance processes, contributing ideas to continuously improve them.
- Support your team leads by preparing materials, documenting decisions, tracking actions, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Build strong working relationships with client counterparts and help them adopt leading practices by providing clear, accurate, and well-prepared information.
- Help identify and communicate risks, issues, and dependencies within your area of responsibility, and support mitigation efforts.
- Maintain and update detailed plans, trackers, and documentation to keep workstreams aligned and transparent.
- Participate in building team assets, playbooks, and knowledge capital while continuously developing your own SAP and delivery skills.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirement

You support your team in delivering predictable, high-quality work and play a key role in moving the transformation forward., * Minimum of 4 years proven experience as a SAP Project Management/Delivery Excellence consultant, with hands on experience with the relevant technologies and responsibilities
- Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture for SAP Project Management and overall Delivery Excellence
- Minimum of 2 years experience supporting mid-market clients and projects (ie: responsibilities spread across multi-accounts at one time)
- Experience supporting an industry specific client(s) (Products, Resources and CMT are preferred)
- Prior experience with the S/4 Public Cloud product
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience
