Job description

UST is searching for a Manual QA who manages the remediation of defects raised throughout the development lifecycle and creates supporting quality reports that are shared with stakeholders.

The opportunity:

  • Creates defects with detailed information pertaining to the failed test case/scenario with supporting documentation (screenshots, environment details, log files, etc.).

  • Collaborates with team members to identify existing automated test scripts that will be impacted through the development of new features and capabilities.

  • Shares feedback with the team members pertaining to the quality of sprint deliverables during retrospectives.

  • Collaborates with product team members (e.g., Product Owners, System Analysts) to define the automating testing approach / strategy for a given product / application.

  • Shares test automation practices with engineers to promote "shift left" testing disciplines and practices (incorporate testing earlier in development) within a team.

  • Performs manual Functional validation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering

  • Experience in manual testing and functional validation

  • Experience in team leading and mentoring.

  • Good knowledge of STLC., quality assurance,software quality assurance,front-end testing,back-end testing,ecommerce,api

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws., Compensation range: $ 68,000.00 to 102,000.00 per year
