Design multi cluster ESXi/VCF architectures .Manage vCenter/SSO/Aria Ops & Automation .Implement Horizon at scale. .Lead Hyper V deployments on Windows Server 2022/2025; implement backup/DR (e.g., Veritas) and PowerShell automation. .Deliver configuration docs/diagrams; run incident/change processes in ServiceNow.
Requirements
Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance .Bachelor's degree +14 years of relevant IT experience .Expert VMware stack & Hyper V; Dell server/iDRAC; EMC storage; PowerShell. .Security hardening aligned to STIG/NIST/FISMA.
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required: .Experience with VDI at federal scale .Experience with lab validation processes for firmware/patches., * Analytical Thinking
